Yes. Buyers from Greece, the EU and beyond can buy here. You’ll need a Greek tax number and a Greek bank account, and an independent lawyer can help you with both.

What does buying cost on top of the price?
Taxes and fees are extra: transfer tax or VAT, notary and land registry fees, and your lawyer’s fee. We’ll send a full breakdown for the home you choose.
When will the homes be ready?
Hydra Bay Residences is in pre-construction. Building takes under a year, and we’ll confirm the timeline for your home when you reserve it.
Who looks after the home when I’m away?
You choose. Keep it for yourself, or let our Hydra Bay team maintain it and rent it to guests while you’re away. You receive the rental income, minus our management fee. Management is optional.
Can I make changes before it’s built?
