from the family behind it.
Your own stone home near Hydra, bought directly from the family developing it, with optional care when you’re away.
From your first message, you deal with the people responsible: the team that answers you and explains the plans, the family developing the homes, and the same family next door at Hydra Bay Resort once you have your keys.
The people behind the place
Already at home on this shore.
About fifty metres along the coast is Hydra Bay Resort, the villa estate built and run by the same family. These homes grow from that experience of caring for a place and the people who stay there. If you choose management, the Hydra Bay team can look after your home and welcome your guests.
